1. Instant Address Verification

Within 2 minutes of checkout, the customer receives an automated WhatsApp confirmation message showing:
  • Order items and total value.
  • Delivery shipping address with pinpoint landmarks.
  • Two interactive quick-reply buttons: Confirm Order or Update Address.
If the customer confirms, Nova automatically updates the order tags in your Shopify Admin (e.g. COD-Verified), signalling your fulfillment warehouse that the order is safe to dispatch.

2. Turn COD into Prepaid with UPI Conversion

To eliminate RTO risk entirely, Nova can offer customers a 1-click discount (e.g. ₹50 or 5% off) if they convert their COD order to instant prepaid:
  • Generates a dynamic UPI payment link (Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm).
  • When payment completes, Shopify automatically converts the order financial status to Paid.

3. Immediate Cancellation of Accidental Orders

If an impulsive or accidental order is placed, the customer can tap Cancel Order right in WhatsApp. The order is cancelled and inventory is restocked in Shopify before your warehouse packs or ships it—saving forward and reverse shipping charges.
