# Quickstart Guide

Get up and running with Galaxa Nova AI in under 5 minutes. This guide covers connecting your Shopify store, linking your WhatsApp Business number, and running your first automated campaign.

## 3-Step Setup Overview

**1. Connect Your Shopify Store**

Install the Galaxa Nova 1-Click App Embed from the Shopify Theme Customizer.

**2. Link Your WhatsApp Business Number**

Complete Meta's embedded signup to connect your Cloud API phone number.

**3. Activate Autonomous Commerce**

Toggle on instant order tracking, anti-RTO COD verification, and your first campaign.

## Step 1: Install the Shopify Theme App Extension

Galaxa Nova AI integrates natively with Shopify without touching your theme's Liquid code, preserving 100% of your store's page load speed.

1. In your **Shopify Admin**, navigate to **Online Store -> Themes**.
2. Click **Customize** on your active production theme.
3. In the left sidebar, click the **App Embeds** icon (the third tab).
4. Find **Nova Conversational Layer** and toggle it **ON**.
5. Click **Save** in the top right corner.

> Because Nova uses a native Shopify App Extension, it automatically matches your store's primary typography, dark/light theme, and mobile viewport settings.

## Step 2: Link Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)

Nova supports Meta Embedded Signup so you can onboard directly without manual business manager delays:

1. Open the [Galaxa Nova Merchant Dashboard](https://nova.galaxa.in/dashboard.html).
2. Go to **Settings -> WhatsApp Integration**.
3. Click **Connect with Facebook** to launch the Meta Business popup.
4. Select your Meta Business Manager and choose your registered phone number.
5. Complete the 2-factor OTP verification.

> Once connected, Meta assigns your official **Phone Number ID** and **WABA ID**. Nova automatically verifies the connection and displays your live phone quality rating (`GREEN`) in the dashboard.

## Step 3: Run Your First Autonomous Campaign

Now that your catalog and WhatsApp number are linked, you can launch your first segmented broadcast:

1. In the dashboard, click **Broadcasts -> New Campaign**.
2. Select an audience segment (e.g. *Cart Abandoners* or *VIP Shoppers*).
3. Choose a pre-approved Meta template.
4. Verify your wholesale cost estimate and check your **Spend-Cap Shield**.
5. Click **Send Campaign**.

> All WhatsApp messages are billed directly by Meta at raw wholesale rates (₹0.7846 in India). Nova charges **zero markup** on message delivery.
