# WhatsApp Template Copy Library

To send outbound WhatsApp messages, Meta requires templates to be submitted and pre-approved in Meta Business Manager. Meta templates use standard dynamic placeholders like `{{1}}` and `{{2}}`.

When a campaign is dispatched, **Galaxa Nova automatically resolves these placeholders** using real-time Shopify store data (customer name, cart contents, order number, and tracking links)—with zero manual formula mapping.
